I can only confirm the good impressions of the other users: the record sounds very well. The pressing quality is very good. I'm glad that no "loudnesswar" or wavy LPs spoils the good impression. That's why I also ordered "Lionheart" and "The Kick Inside" as LP today.

WOW! This remaster sounds phenomenal. The mixing is really awesome, and not losing any dynamics. My copy has some surface noise but it's no big deal as it is barely there. Got chills listening to Suspended In Gaffa like it was the first time I was listening to my favorite Kate Bush track. I also got the 2nd part of the remastered boxset and Hounds of Love sounds great as well, the bass is a little toned down on that one. This pressing of the Dreaming though is near perfect.

I haven't heard any original vinyl pressing (I actually only heard this album quite recently), but this 2018 remaster sounds very well produced in technical sound aspect.

The record itself is clearly not "brickwalled" as you do have to throw up the gain to get your desired sound level. This does introduce a slightly unwanted side affect, as the noise floor can become apparent in quiet sections (not noticeable really on speakers but very apparent when using headphones).

I've heard vinyl recorded at low levels in the past which did not have quite so much of this noise, so I can only assume it's part of the manufacturing process.

Don't worry, it's not as bad as you may think I'm making it. Certainly not in any way detracting from the fantastic music, which is dynamic and vibrant. It's a wonderful album and I really enjoy this pressing.

But that low level surface noise is there.

I'm gonna buy an original press and do a side-by-side comparison.

Run and buy it.. The album become a monster.. Despite she change many things and the album become more listenable, the quality and the pressing is chaotic.. Such a quality i have heard few times.. The sound can fill my entire house for fun.. Is so realistic.. Her voice here can break me in pieces.. For sure the most impressive release from the new remastered series.. Worth 5 times more money for me this pressing..

You get lyrics and credits on the sleeve. The record sounds very clean. If you're considering buying it, then i'd recommend it.
