One of my favorites, and a definite lesser-known album. The group floats between lite psych and folk, before arriving at the closing number (a medium-psych number alternating between suspense-like verses and rave-up-style choruses and ending, approaching Cream in effect if not musicianship... although the musicianship is still quite professional, just not out-and-out jam chops). As the closing number on their first long-player, "Avenue Road", seemed to point the way to the second album, one can only wonder at what could have resulted, had a third album been recorded and released. A fave winter listen.

Some of the best drums on any 60s psych record.
