Just wondering if you're talking about 'Oooh With You' which came out around 2000 on the UK Expansions label. (Definitely on vinyl)
There's a couple of remixes too if memory serves me well.
I think Woody Cunningham was behind it, but it's definitely their signature sound.

This vinyl record is pure class from start to finish. First I heard it I thought, what's that? This is so different to the other funk and soul records (today I think it came from the influence of Eumir Deodato) It sounds like music I heard in a movie at this time. That was in 1986/87. One or two years after the album came out. I was 16 or 17 years old boy. In this time there were not many guys like me and a friend of mine who listen to that kind of music. After I heard this cassette It blew me away more and more. Now I´am 42 years and it sounds to me like the same back in the days.
Kleeer is one of the best soul/funk/disco bands ever. Thanks so much to the members... (especially to Woody Cunningham R.I.P.) brought me so much joy. Check out the older LP`s and specially "Intimate Connection"
Kind regards, SoulJazzVinyl
