A major management/marketing mistake by EMI for not putting the full length 13:38 version of Trans-Europe Express on the B Side by itself, with a great wide pressing. If they had, this would have been a significantly more collectible, playable and valuable 12", especially for the UK pressing quality and glow-in-the-dark vinyl :-)

Took me a while to find a copy of this in the 80's but finally got a copy from the long gone Yanks Music in Manchester.

'Neon Lights, shimmering neon lights, and at the fall of night, the city is made of light'
Only Kraftwerk could produce such a simple but genuine vocal like this to a background of startling robotic music. Proof that there is humanity buried deep inside these electronic machines. This song is one of the six perfect moments that make up the Man Macine album.
