Next to no information on this very rare LP by Krush, released in 1998. The production is quintessential Midwest G-Funk, handled by Rels; interestingly enough an internet search did turn up info on him. Roger E. Lear aka Rels is the CEO of SCR Entertaiment, an independent label he started, according to his bio, in 1992. His studio, dubbed 'The Garden' is based in Minnetonka, MN, though Roger came up in Inglewood as a DJ in the late seventies. This helps to explain his smoothed-out G-Funk vibe; what he's called 'Smooth Hop' 0____o

Anyways... Krush released another album Friend or Foe in 1999, according to the SCR site, though I've never seen or heard it at all. Something to check for. Krush shouts out the 815, Illinois and Las Vegas all over this album, so it's tough to say where he's from or at, but if you know more about the man behind this LP, let us all know in the comments.
