This is a regular breakbeat album from the end of the 90s. 'Mad' is a poppy hip-hop catchy here, needed more crooked production (like Dusted by Leftfield) but have a lot of nice beats anyway. The other track includes electro and big beat that I love.

I have to agree somewhat with DJPIGG. Unfortunately this album was a huge dissapointment for his fans. I love the "Bass Machine Re-Tuned" and thats about it. The rest is average to say for Kurtis. I don't know what he was thinking when he released this at all. He is still one of my favorite musicians of all time with his Mantronix music and he's a great DJ. I'll always be a fan of his.

I LOVE Kurtis' work as Mantronix and his 'Mad' single made me buy this online in a time when buying things online was not the norm (at least for me).

Words can't describe how disappointed I was with this album... there are hints of Kurtis' (unparalleled) production skills but, compared to the minkf*ck that was the "Mad" single, this is lame.

Very, VERY disappointing.
