Are you ready to go "Back to the Disco"? If yes, Kym Mazelle can help with this cover of the famous Candi Staton classic. The original version is top class, with a full orchestra in your face. Unfortunately, the remixes are not keeping much of it. Sure Is Pure bring the track in darker territories: their rendition of the song is perfect for the Underground circuit. On track 3, Marc Andrews remove the whole appeal of the original in a blend, uninspired Eurodance remix. "Kiss My Brass" keeps a part of the orchestra, but the whole thing is so unstructured that I prefer, by far, the effective aspect of the original. An extended mix would have been a good alternative, but there is none. Note that another CD Single, featuring a Davidson Ospina remix, was issued before this one on the same label.
