Since "Yeah" fell on the dancefloors like a nuclear bomb, everybody was waiting for that single, "Movement", so it would maybe show the path taken by LCD Soundsystem on their long-awaited, highly anticipated debut album. What is "Movement" you say ? "Movement" is probably one of the most exciting things to happend on the electro scene since a long time. Definetly funky and dancy, the song is shaped over an 8-bit-sounding synthesizer with real fast drums and, last but not least, James Murphy's driving-crazy voice. The pattern is quite simple, but it is efficient as it can get. Just like an hypnotic trick. But just when you think you got the pattern, it turns into a punk song, slabbing you right in the face. But damn, you were in the mood, dancin', groovin two seconds ago. So what ? So let's go again ! You start to bounce at everybody, and at the walls too, and it is the whole rock'n'roll craze taking the dancefloor down in flames !

"Yr City's A Sucker" comes with a retro vibe, picking a beat similar to the one of "Another One Bites The Dust" at some moments. The general feeling is chill, relax. In other words, it is the soothing thing to rightly put on after "Movement". Once again, LCD Soundsystem proove to be simply one thing : perfect.
