From a completely objective standpoint, this really isn't a very good record--well-produced but rather trite music, completely silly lyrics, and girls with prepubescent-sounding voices who have annoying accents to boot--but there's something so great about it. People simply love this record. A lot of it has to do with the novelty value, but there's something naive and wonderful about it that just can't be defined.
