I first heard this tune mixed on a Bhudda Bar cd, played into stomping spannish and arabic beats, it came in as a brillianlty euphoric break in the music. On its own I think Blue is a total old school classic! Uplifting synths are atmospheric and not at all cheesy, and the skipping beats take me back to the warehouse raves of 1990s. I could see how this tune could make it into more recent chillout compilations too, as it can have that serene quality and pace. Cold on the other hand, did nothing for me at all-just poor rhythms and drums which were quickly dated even back then. Still, Blue is a must have record for any dance and electro collector.
