The follow-up to Laid Back's "Bakerman" was to be a breezy and nearly Pink Floydish ballad track, "Highway Of Love". This was in a way a departure from the synth-laden funky rhythm style normally associated with them. Again, Lars von Trier was enlisted to come up with a video idea... yet another crazy one like skydivers for "Bakerman".

He figured "if we split up the car trip from New York to San Francisco in individual camera frames-per-minutes and film it non-stop, that's the video". The end result looks as if fast-forwarding a video tape!
