Brilliant album by the way.

I have to use more than ten words.

All these posts about the seductive qualities of Lana in red vinyl. Yes, with a rare voice such as Lana's you want a production quality befitting the voice. However, from what I have read concerning the Honeymoon not-so-special edition, it seems the vinyl isn't worth the plastic it's on. Yes, I dutifully love vinyl, but . . . if the manufacturers can't be bothered to test and ensure quality, and there are so many complaints . . .

I have bought the Russian double CD of Honeymoon [Vertigo (3) ‎– 35670] which includes a free remix CD. It's an incredible package, currently around £3.50, new, on Discogs. A situation that's an odd mixture of hilarity and sickness. If the manufacturers want support from their customers then they need to properly respect their customers: that's what higher prices and special editions entail.

I am currently repeatedly writing to a 'major label', various addresses, by post and email, with absolutely no reply. The company seems to have a company policy of ignoring legitimate customer enquiries. The bigger the institution the less they care?
