They the label admit it was shortened for the chart rules, but I wonder if the artist was hoping for a chart position with this release. I mean if Lange did then I would've thought he would have gone with a label even more commercial like Data/MOS to release it or even one of the majors. Most Nebula releases were not really 'chart hits' anyway. Also not long after this CD was released the rules were relaxed from 20 minutes to a max of 40. Three Drives Air Traffic being one of them with the full 10 min version :)

When I heard this, I realised for the first time that Lange is human too. His previous (and later) works are all heavenly, but this just didn't pull me off the ground like I expected. I bought it because of the remixes - I've always liked Shane 54 and Cosmicman's strong beats and breaks - but neither they offer that special feeling. The whole track is based on the vocals, and I have to say that even the vocals fail to grab my attention.

It's not really a bad track. In fact, listening to it at a low volume on a sunday evening is quite soothing. But it's not exacly the track I'd want my kids to play for me on my funeral.

This could have been a good CD had it not been for the exclusion of the Cosmicman Remix (imo the best remix). Also, the remixes included have been shortened somewhat compared to the vinyl release.

Annoyed, I emailed Nebula who got back to me saying that the Cosmicman Remix was excluded because it got poor feedback from DJs with the Promo CDR - not because they never liked it, but because they found it difficult to mix it from the CD.
Their reason for shortening the included remixes was that they had to to comply with UK Chart Regulations (the CD total time must be less than 1 hour) or something silly like that.

The single is saved only because of the inclusion of the Shane 54 Remix... but then it _is_ short. :(

This CD was almost a complete disappointment. I liked the radio edit, but then I heard the original, the Dub, and the Shane 54 Mix that didn't contain all the lyrics in the radio edit. But then I heard the Cosmicman remix and I was blown away. It was so much more "busy" then the original and more trancey. It had all the lyrics yet didn't seem excessive. I've never heard of Cosmicman before, but he was almost as good as CJ Stone. YAY! Get this CD!
