The first ever concert in England with the four members of Zep as the yardbirds was 4th October 1968 at Newcastle Mayfair my home town great stuff http://www.ledzeppelin.com/show/october-4-1968 they were supported by a local band called the Junco Partners, many thought they were better than the Animals?
