Just got done playing LP 1 the main album. It is a quality pressing, flat and pretty much dead quiet but only after a workout with the VPI. It was pretty dirty with dust, paper schmeg and even fingerprints. Would have been upset if I didn't have the VPI. Clear and a well balanced stereo mix. Much better than my 1974 US and my 1977 US George Piro is comparable. Overall very pleased. Will review the concert LP's shortly. SL1200 Mk3 and an AT15SS cart.

So if you've been sitting on the fence wondering whether or not to pull the trigger on this, I am happy with it and would recommend. This is my first purchase of any of the Page remasters. My II, III and V (Houses of the Holy) are solid and don't need replacing, but now I'm considering IV after having heard this. And having the concert makes the small extra cost much more worthwhile than just the single LP release of this pressing.
