Has anyone encountered a copy of this issue where side two is actually side two of Steve Miller Band's "Brave New World"?
I recently purchased a second-hand copy and got the surprise of my life when I played side two. The label is correct. Just the music is wrong. The etching on the runout on side two is different to the one listed above. Side one is the same.
There was a reissue of "Brave New World" in 1980: The Steve Miller Band* - Brave New World. Same pressing plant and the catalogue number matches the number etched into the runout on side two. I wonder how many of these got shipped before the goof was realised.
