have to agree with rich that monosphere has that fuck off bassline from hell to fuck with the mind, quite a unique sound to this one with a typical high end melody that was so abundant in the mid 90's RIP to those times...love this track on mark's skelter mix as said by Rich already...flip this over and u get back on rave which is another wicked track, tho rarely heard.......

pure class with this release for the important ravers!

Its not every day you listen to a track and think "f**k me how good was that"? that was certainly the reaction i got when i first heard this track played by Mark eg at Helter Skelter "Imagination" NYE 1996. Yep the track im reffering to is "Monosphere", a tingly, banging, forking steamer of a hard trance track to leave even the most die hard trance fan begging for mercy. This reminds me of sequential one - hands up for some reason, the riffs are quite similar but with this track you get a really BOOMing bassline underneath continuining to drive the riff forward. An expensive purchase on vinyl as collectors and djs alike will cherish this beauty for years to come, but a must have for those like me who just cant let go of the old skool hard trance sound, another reminder of just how good hard trance and indeed Mark EG was in the 1990s.
