"Grey Rainy Days" Created and Written by Lonnie Jordan Susan Buckner and Deborah Pratt at home on Kings Road in WEHO. (He never asked the other writers if he could be part of it. ..then took publishing as well as writing credit..

Jerry Goldstein changed 1 line in studio and does not get credit for the music or composing or creating. He has done this a lot! On almost all most War albums- he had them writing in the studio, his own or others and then make them pay for studio time. His partner was the manager. Way off balance. does he share the studio cost. Guess? He is still doing the same thing with Lonnie. Leopords don't change their spots.
