This is a pretty decent concert, performed right around the release of Magic And Loss, and not surprisingly featuring mostly music from his three recent albums. The sound quality is really good, and Reed, who's infamous for giving the occasional half-assed performance, really treats the audience to a great show.

I have to say though, not many artists would be brave enough to open their shows with such somber pieces like Harry's Circumcision and Magic And Loss, but Lou Reed's brilliant in that way.

My only real issue are the two Reed standards tacked on at the end of this concert, seemingly without a second thought he makes like a jukebox and gives the fans two of his biggest hits. They're not bad performances, mind you, but the rest of the setlist is so strong the last two pieces just feel misplaced. Still, I shouldn't complain about having more recordings of Walk On The Wild Side and Satellite Of Love in my collection...
