Original first-pressing variant from Columbia Bridgeport, with label typesetting in letterpress (pressings with this label type in offset were made after April 1964 in Pitman). First issue picture sleeve highlights "Hello, Dolly!" in large orange type and Armstrong's name in smaller purplish magenta type - and, on back, "A Lot of Living to Do" is at top of sleeve and listed as from "Bye Bye Birdie". Second issue picture sleeve has Armstrong's name at top in orange type and title of that side of record below in purplist magenta type.
