The sound is amazing. Especially knowing the history of the recording.

Sweet, intimate, soulful sound on this LP. Everything sounds warm, pure and rich. Hard to believe this is live. The definition and clarity are awesome. Each instrument shines through. The dynamic range on these recordings is insane and far reaching. The sound is captured perfectly, not to mention this is a stellar live performance which seems like it was recorded very, very well. You can feel the energy of the band and the audience during this live set. It's probably my favorite RSDBF19 release, there are some really amazing jazz gems on here. However, I think there is a lot of static on my record causing some low lying clicks n pops but it's a stellar sounding pressing nonetheless.
