What is the sound quality like of this clear edition? I have had problems with die schachtel's past vinyl releases so I am wary to purchase

Luciano Cilio was a multi-instrumentalist and composer born in 1950 in Naples, an artist who sadly took his own life at the young age of 33. He managed to collaborate with many colleagues from his geographical area, among whom we can find Alan Sorrenti, Armando Piazza and the American songwriter Shawn Phillips, who lived for some years in Positano.
In 1977 he released his first and only record, "Dialoghi del Presente", a very peculiar and unpredictable album, ethereal and abstract, suspended among folk, jazz, classical music, avantgarde and experimentation: essential and extremely accurate at the same time, both in visual and music contents – not a single note sounds wasted or excessive - this album could perfectly fit the catalogue of ECM Records (Editions of Contemporary Music).
This is another almost unknown gem coming from the wide land of Italian music and, even if it had originally been released by a major, "Dialoghi del Presente" is today a very rare LP, here proposed for the first time ever in a version faithful to the 1977 first pressing.

This music killed him. This music ended the life of Luciano Cilio. The pain, he couldn't help it. This wasn't a relief... this wasn't a way to let all the bad things going on inside him go, this was a way to embrace and accept every single wrong thought. Luciano committed suicide from the moment he finished this, it was impossible to do anything for him at that point.

what-is-the-fucking-point in doing represses so limited it's beyond human understanding. it's just too nonsense to be true. Die Scachtel should really learn the meaning of the word "demand" but they're probably too cool for it.

A remarkable avantgarde album far ahead of its time, sparks of it one founds today only in Majdanek Waltz.

Yep, mine sounds pretty awful. Really frustrating considering how much I love the music and how expensive the set is.
