I've come to like this ep over the years. At first listen it strikes one as simplistic acid trance of limited appeal, but after more listens the raga drone becomes apparent and is oh so delicious. All tracks are of similar standard, though Track 1 "Planet X" has a bright recording whereas the other tracks on side 3 are fuller and sound better. ~*~

Acid Trance, listened today is really outdated, quite noisy all over, an hint of Indian scales on side A, but overall just some acidic lines here and there with no much of a story, production is also notably poor, not really well mastered.

Too bad because there are some good moments in the tracks but really it didn't age too well. I kind of prefer Side B (pardon AA) as is more subtle and with more studying, in any case both sides are quite fast playing at over 146 bpm.

Lunar Asylum had better records out there in my opinion
