Strange and very under-rated early example of Bobby Orlando's unique production style..
A mixture of raw synth disco and late 70's New York punk rock!

On this record you can hear the signature sound he would later become known for on scores of hit records (and many more obscure ones), most obviously on the instrumental track "Metropolis Suite"
The album is also worth hearing for the unique voice of Lyn Todd (RIP 2010), who was a regular performer at Max's Kansas City. This seems to be her only recording.

Not sure why the low ratings for this LP, but it's at least as enjoyable (and for me much more so) as the much better-known Roni Griffith album of a few years later.
