The credit and 'Thank you' section on this release is difficult to read in a sense that credits and names cannot be linked unambiguously. Only credits that could be identified unambiguously are given in the credit section. The rest was entered as "Thanks" in the above notes.
Astonishingly some of the main credits (i.e. musician credits) do not appear on the release whereas the less important credits and thanks are given.
