What about the 3x 12" Photo Art Prints ? I bought this records on its release date, listened a couple of times and put it on the shelf where I got all my records. I've returned to it after some time and all the photo art prints have decorticated, like old paint on the wall or dried fish scales. I left them in the gatefold all the time. Does anybody meet the same ?

A very good release , sound amazing , no distortion , no skip or crack .... Deluxe packaging is a very good bonus .... One of my best sounding vinyl...

This is an outstanding album, one of Manson's best. The packaging of the Deluxe version is a real bonus.

Manson has always been a complex creature. He always had a way to re invent himself with each album and keep his shock value while still having talent and substance to keep people coming back for more. The problem is that once the primary fan base started to grow up, that edge started to dull and that's where "Eat me, drink me" , "the high end of low" and "Born villain" come into play. He tried to keep the edge but there wasn't much in the way of substance to back it up so these albums are rather sad and forgettable at best. Now that he has had a chance to grow as a musician and learn from his past mistakes "The pale emperor" is quite possibly his freshest and personally, most satisfying work since "Mechanical Animals" and "Holy wood". If nobody has had a chance to give this album a listen to I say go for it. With it's odd mix of classic Manson edge with a new blues inspired fusion it has secured it's place in one of my 10 favorite albums.

Wow. This album is amazing! I had to stop spinning the vinyl and switch to the mp3 version because I got tired of flipping it so much.
