Far from the best recording from Magrini. On the one hand there's a recognizable sound design with short and glitchy sounds similar to some parts from Bad Sector's "Chronoland" for example, and they are definitely cool; but on the other hand it is standard dark ambient with gloomy and frightening atmosphere - too ordinary for Massimo Magrini, in my opinion, and too common comparing to many other dark ambient projects. In the description on bandcamp it is said that "Vrachnas" is inspired by hypnagogic hallucinations", and this soundscape reveals the main idea really good, but - looking from the perspective of 25 years of Bad Sector and Olhon music - I can say that this man can do much better and more interesting things.
