The melody does not slow down in the arrangement. I mix this record at parties almost every weekend and it's a breeze. Never failed on it yet. Some people might the melody in their heads, making it impossible to mix - which can happen, I experience this effect myself too on a couple of records, it's a personal thing.
I love this track, it's one of the labels biggest hits and still does really well on the dancefloor nowadays.

Ever thought that you were satisfied with a mix from this track to another? Well, that's almost impossible since the last melody slows down in the arrangement, whereas the drums continue the way they were during the track. The melody is shifted one beat from the drums. The mix always sounds louzy!
