This album is actually a best of compilation of all the mayday anthems till the date of the cd's release. As you listen to the tracks you will easily notice the similarity in the sequence melody and the drum patterns. Some may find it tedious to the ear, but the truth is that the beats and the ambience of the songs take you directly to a rave party, so you just don't care about these similarities. Don't forget that these 2 guys brought us the legendary Mayday parties. Enjoy this compilation. It's the true rave spirit.

This CD features all the official Mayday tunes from the years up to 1995. At this time Westbam and Jankuhn were using the name Members Of Mayday to produce real anthems in an over the top happy hardcore / rave fashion, and hadn't adapted the minimalistic electro-trance style they're known for today.

Actually, this album is only a collection of the songs that had previously been featured on the Mayday samplers, plus a lot of skits and two new tracks. If you already own these samplers, there is really no need to get this CD, but for everyone wanting to experience what rave at its peak sounded like in the first half of the 90's, this is worth a listen.
