Allot of influences on here from the many different styles of drum n bass. From eastern to jamaican and everywhere in-between. There is allot of AM sounding drum n bass and downtempo circa the time sounds on here which are very Muzak sounding. Stuff you would find at a retail store that was trying to be hip. Will mention a few of the better tracks. #3 has a nice house feel that keeps the song interesting through the psy parts. Bassline and main distant melody reminds me of Ian Pooley or Charles Webster but on an average drum n bass track. Still a light hearted and track that works overall. #5 has a mysterious eastern vibe that isn't very deep but it's pleasant. #8 is the track I had on a compilation before I had gotten this album in late 2002. It's got a nice chill out world vibe to it. Nothing wow here just nice flow like would be found on some of the smoother Ninja Tune type labels. Some tunes are fairly boring and the type of stuff that could be found on a adult contemporary lounge station. C- for a grade
