Japanese Promotional 3" CD in cardboard long sleeve.

Issued in conjunction with Pepsi. Includes the Dangerous Medley, which features excerpts from 7 tracks from the Dangerous album. Housed in a snap-pack picture sleeve. Not commercially released. Released in 1991.

There is confusion about this release, in fact there are 2 releases. One from 1991 and a reprint from 1992. There was a reprint of this promotional cd because Michael Jackson started touring Japan in 1992 for his "Dangerous World Tour".

I am gonna edit this release soon, there is no fake of this cd.

The proof I can provide that there isnt a fake is as follow. The matrix number of the disc, its not counterfeinted. It is a real matrix number and cant be counterfeinted.

The difference in cover can be explained to, it is a good chance this cd was reprinted in 1992 when Michael Jackson started touring Japan. There is also a reprint for the single: Heal The World. Disc is same as previous release but the cover was slightly changed:

It is very weird to make a bootleg with just changing the cover, it just makes no sence.

Since Michael Jackson's tragic passing a huge number of re-plicates (=pirated, faked copies) are being sold on eBay & Co.

You can easily identify the FAKES by looking at the back, there on all FAKES you will read
"©1992 MJJ Productions"

On a real exemplar you will however read SOMETHING ELSE!!!

Hope this helps you to avoid being ripped off. ;)
