I purchased Through The Looking Glass (LP, Album, RE) PFLP 006, WRWTFWW019
It plays very well but not perfectly. It is easy to be swept away in the music, but there are consistent background pops. My copy was sealed. The music itself seems fine and of proper range and depth. Basically a brand-spanking-new record sounds like it's already been owned a while. I cleaned it with fluid and a dust bar. It sounds the same, neither improved nor harmed. I like the album quite a bit. The presentation is fine. The music is lovely. It maaaaaay be better to get this on CD, but I don't own a CD player.

I tried two copies in differents stores and they are both noisy. Loud crackles on side B, too. Washing them with my RCM didn't change anything. And I don't look for perfection but just a clean copy.
Disappointing for this great album !

I bought it new on release day and the first 10 minutes of side B are unlistenable. There's constant loud crackles/distortions throughout that completely distract from the music. I can't see any scratches on the record itself so it has to be down to the pressing. Has anyone here had any luck getting a replacement copy sent, or am I asking too much?

Just picked this up. No pressing problems. Sounds beautiful and quiet.

Maybe I'm lucky (probably), maybe they've fixed the problems, maybe other commenters are overreacting, but my copy sounds wonderful. Very silent vinyl for what is often very quiet music. A couple very small pops, a couple very small clicks, but no distortion, well mastered, very nice packaging. Would reccomend, but make sure you get it from a place with a good return policy lol

Yeah, echoing the other negative reviews here. One side is unlistenable right out of the shrink, the other is fine. Disappointed for sure. Many thanks to Light in the Attic for the refund.

My copy only has one pop on side A. I knew what I was going to get when I bought it because the seller had already opened and listened to the LP. I recommend potential buyers to try and get a used copy, otherwise, you won't know what kind of condition the LP is in. Because of this reissue's mediocre quality, I'd rather not take chances with an unused copy.

reading all the comments after buying this on vacation, and then opening it up once i got home to find scuffs and scratches all over the B side, i could feel the disappointment already.. lucky enough, it still sounds great, phew

My copy has audible pops throughout. It is most noticeable on A2. Sounds fine otherwise.
Most disappointed with Palto Flats not saying anything about the shoddy pressings of this LP (at least to my knowledge they have not addressed it),
