Even though heavy Mexican jazzmen (Toussaint Brothers & Gerardo Bátiz) work on this album, this is not a Jazz record.
The work is based trough the vocals & songs of Miguel Mehl, all of them original compositions.
Miguel’s soft voice, is complemented with an impecable musical arrangements, within the vocal & progressive pop vein. Considered this, Does it worth the listening? Yes. but Jazz aficionados don't expect to hear any Jazz Fusion here, in fact any Jazz at all, this is a nice consistent vocal recording. A rare record that needs to be revalorated by vocal pop specialists.
