Just picked this one up, it's a very intetsting one. All tracks are pretty long but simple at the same time, and it's a double, which gives the whole album a very special feel.
cd 1 is called disc a and cd2 is called disc 1. Additionally, where you would expect the duration of the tracks, you get the size of each track in kilobytes.
Good UK techno/acid/house before it got all labelled in little boxes, too serious and gear focused.
It's also I think the first record on rephlex that is definitely not afx.

Although the CD version of "Freaquenseize" contains many more tracks than the 2xLP, this 2xLP has the track 'Cerebral.Contour' not found on the CD release.

All the tracks on this release were recorded live to cassette tapes mainly between 1990 and 1991 with a few later ones in 1992. Macrocosm was released on Rephlex CAT010 E5 before the R&S Release. It was a single sided 5th side to the Vinyl LP released as a LTD Ed 12' (1000 copies). There are also 1000 LTD Ed Blue Vinyl Copies floating around of the Double LP. MD

Whoever the Kosmik Kommando is, its clear that they are one of the TRUE masters of the 303 sound, along with Hardfloor and Phuture. Beautiful acid tracks from way back in 1992, my favourites are Photogenic, Kosmic Cyberspasm, Deus Ex Machina, and Welcome Home R2. I also like Macrocosm which was previously released on R+S Records.
