Now this is THE definition of an uplifting trip. 10 minutes, and from beginning until the very end, not a single second is useless.

Every element tops the previous one, it's UNBELIEVABLE. It never stops building up and up and up again with gorgeous synth lines. In fact I have never encountered a track with such consistency and richness. If I like to compare music with food, by saying my music course must be served with a lot to eat, then this one's a royal feast (and minimal is for anorexics)

There are like 6 major phrases here : (1) a little melancholic bell intro followed by an hypnotic resonant loop (2) with some kind of string arp behind (3), then the cool 303 bassline (4) taking over the groove. Now at this point, this would already a 5 stars record ; you hear the first little melody (1) coming back, you expect a nice break/climax with the previous elements, and that would be over. But no, you've seen nothing yet.
Still the break has to come with magnificence, with what I would call the chords of exhaltation (4), leading the main path to heaven lands ! Some sexy grooving drums from the tribe starts, and there's more ! High acid filtered hypnotic sequence (5) showtime, drives you crazy ! IT'S MOVING ! Snare roll ! Reaching climax ? Yessssss ! But after a few bars, naaaaa, just kidding. Let's reinvent the track again, let's destroy this corrupted planet and free our souls from all our evil sins : let's have an epic gated choir moment (6). And rebuild the whole process, now by having (3) + (5) in a lower octave + (4) in an octave higher + (6). Epic proportions... The finale is really feeling like at the top of a mountain, touching ethereal skies with your fingers.
You would have understand at this point (if you're still reading my madness) that this is a journey with a very wide range of feelings, emotions, soundscapes. It is a purifying medium that leaves you at in a higher state of whatever you can call it, but beware exhaustion if you play this too often. It's so powerful that I cannot name a track that would be able to follow or preceed this one. Man, do I love trance music.

A rare occasion where the original is completely outclassed by the remix. The Come Too Late version starts out as a simple tech-trance track with a slightly dreamy intro, but at 3:35 comes one of those ridiculously long breaks in which components are patiently added, one by one, and modulated to create an infectious build-up. Once the rolling drums kick in, there is no looking back. Mystical

Oh my god, I don't know what this track does with me, but every time I put it on, I still fall in love with it. I heard it for the first time at the "Extreme" (club in Belguim). 11 years later it still has the same effect on me as before. Another perfect release on how it was done the old days. a heavenly Break with a super-emo uplifting string. If only time could stand still with this track.

Epic Monster! Pure trance at it's best! Melodic breakdown with the build up from hell. Absolute classic of the Melbourne rave scene.
