I'd cut to the Blome remix on this one. Big grindy synth and cut-up vocal rhythms stab the synapses. I've played this four days straight. And that's saying a lot. This remix is very much like his collaborative work with Peter Grummich.

With the oscillators, and the disembodied vocals...it has that eighties/synth-pop feel to it...but "Plastic Smile" goes ahead of the constraints of minimal techno, without getting too pop-song friendly...the remix, is just as good, but a bit harder, and much more deejay-friendly.

Peter Ford, and Ian Loveday should consider putting out a full length Minimal Man release.
