Jourgensen gets a little deeper into the basement of lost dreams on this album. Think of it as a bit more 'metal', less 'goth club' but retaining that rusty sweaty industrial dance pipe organ spot plum right in the turgid space of a sewer election. If you listen closely here you can pick up the cues for Ministry's future digital hardcore sound, as well as the decision to comfortable in their own sound developing.
