Just listened to this again and 11 years later and its got me going ''dammmmmmnnn u boys got flow and lyrics'' ok some of the tracks are a bit plain but overall this is a really really good album representing UK HIP HOP/GRIME and how there are people in uk with lyrical talent. Routine Check is the known track of the album showcasing a raw Kano. Have a listen to other tracks like 'when the whistle blows' or 'alone with the tv' these guys tell storys, not the usual generic bollox of ''how many hypothetical bitches and guns they own''. Give it a listen you may be impressed :)

Also to add where the F are the Mitchell Brotheres now?? (and i dont mean the ones from bbc televisions eastenders)
