Notes

Free album initially released via Little Pine shop. Later moved to Moby's website.

"over the last couple of years i’ve been making really really really quiet music to listen to when i do yoga or sleep or meditate or panic. i ended up with 4 hours of music and have decided to give it away.

you can download it for free below or stream it on spotify, soundcloud, apple music, deezer, youtube & tidal.

it’s really quiet: no drums, no vocals, just very slow calm pretty chords and sounds and things for sleeping and yoga and etc. and feel free to share it or give it away or whatever, it’s not protected or anything, or at least it shouldn’t be. thanks - moby"

One of the best ambient albums I've ever heard. Maybe my favorite...

It is 3am here. I wish I had 4 hours to listen to this. This is incredible stuff. I have not listened to Moby since 1993.

Would you say that this release might have benefitted from a few fluctuating beats underneath the surface of the horizon?

Best Moby album in 20 years? Maybe that's stretching it, but if anyone else misses when he used to put out really long, dark, and very non-commercial ambient tracks (i.e. "hymn.alt.quiet.version" or "Reject"), this is a welcome return to that side of Moby's oeuvre. And it's free!
