Still selling for face value on Red Eye, don't buy from the sharks until you have to!

Am I the only one finding it weird that this is marketed as if it's Mori-Ra's music?
It's one thing not to clear rights, I can understand it's not always easy to do so for smaller labels but then at least don't call it a "release" or an "EP" "produced by" Mori-Ra and with his name in big letters on the front? These just cut and paste edits of expensive originals, right? Or at least the A2 and B2 that I recognize. Or am I missing something and have big parts of some of these songs been dubbed and reworked?
Maybe I'm just getting old and seeing problem where there are none but I can't help but think about those many many producers/engineers/session musicians in the 70s and 80s that were actually responsible for this music that we buy on this 12". They actually played and created it.

ok great, this definitely needs a repress! there are several record shops that didn't get the promised/ordered copies, like Oye in Berlin for example. They had a presale on website, but in the end everything was sold out before it event hit the store. So, repress is definitely welcome!

There will be a repress. Don't have an exact date yet but there will be one.

Emailed the label and it seems like everyone is surprised by the speed of this selling out. Both they and Mori mentioned a repress so lets hope that happens.

Year is 2016 and the label is pressing 250 copies worldwide. Obviously their intention is not to sell/spread music but the worst kind of self promotion and hype. Don't get me wrong - music from Mori Ra here is great. I am talking about people behind the label who, by releasing this shameful amount of copies, are contributing to pirate industry, because if I can't BUY the record I will shorely get the mp3 rip from a friend who bought it or find it on the internet.

This way, instead of selling 1000 copies (if you really decided you should be limited), earning some money and allowing DJs and music lovers to play the record and spread good music, labels owners are satisfied with the fact they released super cool limited record.

Why don't you make super limited hand stamped kissed by God 50 copies? 10? One?
