Although Morrissey and The Smiths has/have famously used many stars on his/their album covers in the past, I truly fail to see the significance of using Roger Federer's image on this one. Did somebody have to paint out the bandana?

Sadly this is his worst album to date. Would also love to know what they were thinking with that awful album front cover photo/art.

It has been some time since Morrissey shifted his carrer in Grand Pop direction, sprinkled with his wit and a new spiced confidences. It was mostly forecast that at any time he would register a Cliff Richard-ian/ Las Vegas album and here it is.
How it sounds? Very, very good, but it makes me think about his next move.

This is an ok pressing, at best. Yes, there's no audible surface noise but it lacks dynamic and it is too trebly. Also, there should be a special place in hell for labels that do not provide a digital download of the album. It is sold 26 euros in France and goes up to 32 euros in some independent record stores. At this price, there's no excuse for not including a download coupon.

Great pressing, clear and full sound, no surface noise, clicks or pops. Great versions of some great songs. Like this album a lot more than his last, Low in High School.

The sleeve is super awful, must rank among the worst ever.

Hadn't it been Morrissey, I would never have thought about listening to the album.

I am really loving this fabulous new Morrissey release (on nice colored vinyl & CD). I especially love his version of Gary Puckett & The Union Gap 1960s #1 pop classic, "Lady Willpower", as well as his amazing cover of the Fifth Dimension's #1 1960s hit, "Wedding Bell Blues". Currently #8 on todays iTunes USA Top 100 Album chart. I sure it will be #1 on the UK album charts next week too!

I am very happy to report that this is a very good pressing..nice and full sound stage, no surface noise.I was expecting much worse after the LIHS clear vinyl presses..
