Paul Hartnoll (from Orbital) commented on this release in 1994:
"It's 'Chime' with all the bits and then it slams into all the Jungle drums. They've just re-tailored it so that people on the Jungle scene can play 'Chime'. I'm all in favour of that sort of thing; it's a compliment!.

Wishdokta's Remix of Chime on here is one of the finest examples of early Happyhardcore I've ever heard. This is what both HHC and Jungle/DNB should have stuck with, extremely well constructed chopped up amen breaks, basslines so deep you'd think your in Jamacia, and killer happy synthisized piano riffs ripped off from other sources. The Dokta really does bring Orbital's "Chime" to its ultimate logical conclusion. A dancefloor amen smasher that gives you an ear to ear grin so intense your face will be sore from smiling so much! The Bizzare Inc flipside is good but it doesn't quite hold up so well with the crazy Chime remix. This one is a favorite and it gets a 5 out of 5 stars easily!
