Nicolas Chevreux, April 26, 2001, from recyleyourears.com:

"It would be an euphemism to say that 'My kind came first' is a good album. In the midst of the current attraction of drum'n'bass and industrial, this CD will stay as a landmark and an example. Maybe influenced by the early Panacea CDs, it has however a very modern and infinitely complex feeling, and is really well recorded. This album is a bodily experience, catching his target and releasing him only after the 8th track, crushed but happy. I know want to share a lot of needles."

Fast, hard dnb-ish, with fun crunchy progressions. Ironically a very fasty album, but the song the album gets it's title from is the slowest on the record.
