This is evidence that the 90's was the peak for electronic music.
This album is absolutely Gorgeous! Shuttlecock my all time favourite, can't even find words for this.

Hard, catchy, abrasive, loony, and just staggering. A high water mark for minimal electronica and techno in general. Landstrumm once explained the title in an interview, saying, "In Edinbrook there's basically been lots of heroin. And most people I know started smoking heroin. People started saying everyone would be smoking brown by august" (Bean #6 1995 (a midwest USA fanzine)). Also should be mentioned the direct influence of Chicago on the sound here. Landstrumm owned a copy of every Relief record at the time (Bean #6).

Best techno LP of all time.
Incredible album where every track is playable. Landstrumm uses amazing and unusual sounds and bass textures to create an incredible record. Shake the hog is also one of his best tracks of all time.
An absolute legend at the top of his game.

Setting the stage for noise, this was only the beginning for Landstrumm's unorthodox style of music. When first heard, back in 95', it's noises were a bit shocking. The use of the Pro-One is outright deadly.

While it retains the dance rhythms through its use of heavy bass, the experimental nature of the music is readily apparent and sets the stage for his later releases. It remains one of my favorite releases due to its simplicity and outrageousness.

If you don't have it, PICK IT UP. You won't be disappointed. Although it is a bit old, the music itself isn't dated.
