I suspect this is not UK & Ireland or a US pressing but Irish pressed. The 'DG' in the matrix could be CR or CP handwritten, typical of similar era releases, which coupled with the 1/2 die cut sleeve, German cover, Alsdorf etc is indicative of being pressed by Carlton.
