Ordered from Amazon, and no complaints–flat vinyl with no surface noise. (My inner sleeves did split slightly in shipping, and that's annoying, but absolutely no complaints on the vinyl.)

Between this and last year's Roxy set, it's been nice to see Neil release live performances from the Ditch era. Time Fades Away is probably my all-time favorite Neil LP, and that's a mixed blessing as far as Tuscaloosa is concerned. While it's great to hear a set from the early part of the tour, this album is not going to replace Time Fades Away in any Neil fan's heart anytime soon.

That said, the early runs through "Lookout Joe" and (especially) "New Mama" are nothing short of revelatory. And the version of "Time Fades Away" (the song) here is incredible. I wish this performance had been chosen for the album of the same name way back in '73.
