This is one of the greatest LP's in my collection. The presentation is superb!

This is a superb expected. Trent Reznor says that this vinyl is the way this album should be heard, and he wasn't kidding! Truly amazing. My copy had the black powder on it (only a thin, thin layer), but if you house the sleeve in the plastic cover it comes with you shouldn't have an issue with it. The entire EP is on the A-side, while the B-side contains backwards versions of "Hurt", "The Downward Spiral", and "Reptile". They are based off the 2017 Definitive Edition of The Downward Spiral vinyl, so even though they're backwards they still sound incredible!

Nice pressing but WAY too quiet. I know the EP says "Made to Be Played Loud" on the sticker, but you actually have to turn your system all the way up just to hear it at a nice volume.

The reverse tracks on the b-side are a nice and very weird touch.

Haha yeah, that was fun. Side B is the last 3 tracks of TDS played in reverse. I'm pretty certain it comes from the 2017 remaster too.

No bells and whistles with this release but the sound is phenomenal. Great pressing.

Would it be worth creating a separate release for the pressings that come with the red on blue/ blue on red lyric sleeves?

August 24, 2017
Pretty sure this is a misprint and should not contain 3 songs from TDS played in reverse...

Mine didn't arrive in a plastic sleeve and YES the powder on the outer card sleeve does smudge and was all over my fingers. Mine has a big blood stain on the reverse too.

Does the download card in the album include the reversed tracks? Or only the 5 numbered on the A side?

I'm looking close at the label and can even feel the texture of grooves. It would be like Trent to that sneaky.
I remember Jack White did this for one of his vinyl releases a few years back and it did work. Didn't sound great, but it can be played and heard. Not that that he and Trent are similar, but just stating that it has been done before, so not a far-fetched notion.
I would take one for the team and chance fucking up my needle, but my table is auto-return and won't go that far in. Anyone feeling brave?
