Great EP, best track for me is "Set Me Free (Remix)" which samples the Black Box track "Everybody Everybody" and combine it with thumping 4/4 kicks, awesome breaks, firing basslines and ravey stabs. It's a prime example of what oldskool hardcore did best: combine the uplifting with the hard as fuck that just make you want to go crazy. This and Tic Tac Toe's Ephemerol quite frankly make me wet myself.

Now bigup Noise... Factory!

I was never a massive fan of UK hardcore which contained those 1992/93 obligatory chipmunk vocals, so "The Fire" is an exception to the rule which I unashamedly love! Mad synths, hard as fuck, rolling amen break, and that addictive, vibrating bassline. Ooooh, what a bassline! Need a good set of speakers to get the best out of this track. The rest of the tracks don't do anything for me so it gets a 4/5 in all, if it was only "The Fire" it would get a 5/5.

"The Fire " is one of my top 10 1992 favourites for sure! It is an awesome classic tune that samples Fleetwood Mac's "Sara". Stevie Nicks is on vocals ofcourse and sings "Wait a minute baby...Stay with me awhile...Said you'd give me light...But you never told be about the fire", imo the vocal really makes the tune the absolute best Noise Factory tune. The vocal sticks in your head.
