Are there 2 different versions of this knocking around?
Mine has plenty (and just the right amount) of bass, and sounds way better than the original CD.
This LP sounds more 'Live' in comparison. I've yet to hear an original LP though.

Worth mentioning when I opened the seal and played this the first time there was plenty of surface noise and crackle, a spin though the record cleaner sorted that though, there was a lot of dust and crap deep in the grooves for some reason.

Very nice item! Worth it..! Good addition for every record collection

I must admit I'm quite disappointed by this new reissue. About the sound : compared to the usual EQ's I use on any record, I have to add a lot of bass frequencies on my amplifier (I think there are too much medium frequencies in this mastering). About the sleeve : compared to the 15th anniversary reissue that I also own, the lyrics are missing and the original pictures of the band (the same than in the original version) are absent. Ok , that's a reissue and not a replica but, at least for the sleeve, that makes a quite disappointing reissue to my opinion.

In my view this re-press is worth every penny. To my ears this is how a repressing should be done. very heavyweight vinyl. And (in my view, yours might be different) it sounds absolutely brilliant.

I very much like the hue of silver that Oasis chose for this reissue, it is very grand and stately, plus it reminds me of the handcuffs my mam keeps in her bedside drawers, that she told me are for if a naughty man ever breaks into our house!!

Same master than 2014 in silver ? I think..... ..

Wish the sticker was on the LP not shrink. Would be better in this instance.

Can anyone comment on the quality of the vinyl mastering by Miles Showell? Is this release half-speed mastered?
