For those, who would like to know more about this pioneer of electronic music, I would recommend the release of "Subharmonische Mixturen" on "Erdenklang" with basically the same track list (except 08 and 09), but with an excellent booklet (50 pages-in german and english) written by the composer himself. There you find a brief history of the developmet of the Trautonium, Oskar Sala`s work (esp. his filmprojects - not only for Alfred Hitchcocks "The Birds") and also an appendix with publication-releases.
